Just send us that cell phone you are no longer using! That’s all, no money (well, okay, POSTAGE, but that’s it!), no work, no polluting the landfills with mercury, cadmium and lead, no mailing a donation check!

If you mail us your WORKING, but replaced cell phone, you will be doing your little part to keep the environment clean, and donating to cancer research all at the same time!

Need “Faces of LMS” Photos

Hi everybodyI am working on a “Faces of LMS” page on my website. It would be really nice if I had a photo of EVERYONE, living or passed on who has or had LMS.

If you send me a photo, please send it in jpeg form, with the
heading “Faces of LMS”, so it does not get missed. Size doesn’t
matter, as I can adjust it to the size I need.

Also, make sure you include the person’s name, age, city and/or state & country, and if passed on, their significant dates. Please also include the staus and/or staging and type/location of their LMS, and any other info you feel moved to include.

**When you send me the email, that will indicate permission to use the photo and information for any projects in the future, unless you specifically refuse its use anywhere else, such as books, or media projects & fund raisers. So if you send a picture of a loved one, make sure that they or their family gives permission for use of the photo.
